According to MLID, Sony’s new console promises a 50% performance increase compared to the regular PlayStation 5. This means that games will run at higher frame rates, resulting in smoother gameplay.
However, despite the improvements, PS5 Pro will not support 8K gaming experience. It will stick to 4K (or even 2K in some cases).
MLID also noted that the new product will provide convenience to developers thanks to its clear architecture that will facilitate the process of creating games for this platform.
In the context of the upcoming launch of GTA 6, Sony is actively preparing for the release of PlayStation 5 Pro, aiming to ensure maximum compatibility with this anticipated game.
As for the cost, the price of the console with a Blu-Ray drive will be $ 600, while the price of the version without a disc drive will be $ 500.
