In Yandex Real Estate, using filters, you can find an apartment in a new building, indicating a comfortable price range, room size, type of housing, layout; For this, the service has more than 20 parameters. This took time, but now the neural network has simplified the initial search: a short text query is all it takes.
The bot itself will take into account all the parameters and suggest what you should pay attention to first. This feature will reduce search time and select appropriate options.
