Scientists from the Ural Federal University (Ural Federal University) and developers from China have presented an innovative search model that can locate borrowers who have missed loan payments or do not intend to repay the loan. Machine learning-based software enables cross-platform searching of information from multiple sources simultaneously, including analysis of files in various formats.
The pilot will be launched first in China, where internet services, social platforms and online marketplaces are widely used, which will provide more data for analysis. To determine the debtor, the expert will only need to enter basic information such as name, surname, date and place of birth, telephone number and address. The program will analyze existing online platforms, including government services and social networks.
The system records the information received and, if the bank has doubts about the customer, detects his current location and provides appropriate results. Later, it is planned to adapt the service for use in Russia by introducing domestic social networks and platforms popular among Russian users, as well as their foreign analogues.
