He also noted that the potential number of subscribers to the service in Russia is conservatively estimated between 1.5 and 2 million people and up to 12 million end users worldwide.

SpaceX has been implementing the Starlink project since 2018. The project is an extensive network of satellites located in low Earth orbit, whose task is to distribute high-speed Internet to any location on Earth.
