Consider volunteering during your vacation.. A 2021 review found that volunteering to help others 2 or 3 hours a week, or even just 1 to 10 hours a month, can provide many mental health benefits. For example, the meaning and purpose of life, the development of empathy, a sense of self-importance, etc.
