A Pikabu user with the nickname terbife published a screenshot of responses from the Yandex Market press service regarding inflated prices for goods.
As the company said in one publication, prices for labeled goods may be higher for Yandex Plus subscription holders.
This is due to the fact that when placing an order, the buyer receives free delivery and cashback points, which can be spent on a taxi ride, purchases on the Market, Kinopoisk, Afisha and other Yandex services.
However, a day later the press service decided to correct the statement. They clarified that the presence of a subscription does not affect the cost, and prices for goods change at the first moment of time; they consider the change depending on various factors.
