Almost half (49%) of top executives are open to new offers and consider the possibility of changing jobs next year, another 32% do not deny this possibility, according to a study by Kontakt InterSearch Russia, reviewed by RB.RU.
Among the main reasons why senior managers may decide to change companies are the financial factor (51%) and the lack of further growth or interesting tasks (42%).
It also turned out that 62% of surveyed employers plan to index salaries in 2024 (22% more than in 2023), and 40% of companies are ready to offer top managers above-market income (in 2023 , 30%). 76% of respondents indicate that the market is overheated in terms of salaries and expectations.
The survey was conducted in December 2023. It was attended by 498 respondents among general directors and human resources directors of Russian companies and 1,011 among candidates for the position of general director.
