Startup MedTech DentalPro raised 130 million rubles from Kama Flow and others

The investment company Kama Flow acted as a lead investor in a 130 million ruble round of the startup MedTech DentalPro. The Russian-Belarusian Venture Investment Fund and a group of specialized investors from the industry also participated in the deal, Kama Flow told RB.RU.

DentalPro will use the funds raised to expand its technological tools, multiply subscribers by 1, adapt and launch the product in the markets of the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries.

The DentalPro solution is an information system for dental clinics and a marketplace for additional integrations. The service works through a subscription model. MRR (monthly recurring revenue) has doubled over the past year, exceeding 6 million rubles.

Investors hope that until 2027 DentalPro will be able to occupy a significant share of the Russian MIS market in the private dentistry segment, the annual volume of which is estimated at 5 billion rubles. In addition, a possible international expansion could open markets for the company with a total volume of more than 20 billion rubles per year.

The parties do not disclose the terms of the transaction, it is not yet reflected in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. According to the registry, the founders of DentalPro manager Dion Soft LLC are Elvira Zailyalova with a 51% stake and Alexander Shimansky with a 49% stake.
