62% of Russians experience stress when returning to work after the New Year holidays. This follows from the results of the SuperJob study, writes RIA Novosti.

To reduce the level of nervous tension, 3% of respondents try to get enough sleep and play sports. From the first days after the New Year, 7% go to work completely, about 5% resort to self-hypnosis and meditation.

At the same time, the majority (23% of respondents) do not take any steps to reduce stress levels.

SuperJob conducted a survey among 1.6 thousand employed Russians who do not work during the New Year holidays.
