Denis Kutergin, co-founder of the YouDo services marketplace, acquired a stake in Truck-Price.Ru LLC. The information was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on December 22, 2023, notes RB.RU.
The general director of the company, Sergei Tsupilo, owns 93%, Denis Kutergin – 3.5%, Eduard Gurinovich – 3.5%. The parties did not respond to requests for publication of details of the transaction.
Truck-Price.Ru LLC was founded in July 2023 in Moscow. On the company’s website, market participants are invited to register by selecting the appropriate role: customer, distribution center manager, broker, bodybuilder, manager of a leasing company, car dealer, agent.
According to the Rusprofile service, the authorized capital of Truck-Price.Ru is 20 thousand rubles, the main activity is the trade in cars and light trucks. The average revenue of the industry in Russia in 2022 was 617 million rubles.
