The most popular neural networks among Russians are ChatGPT (86%), Midjourney (41%), YandexGPT (18%), Masterroom (11%), Kandinsky (7%), GigaChat (6%) and Blaboba (5%). The majority of respondents (55%) say they are partially satisfied with the quality of these networks, while 20% are completely satisfied.
Neural networks are mostly used by respondents (68%) to work with texts. Popular features include information search (48%), new text creation (42%), as well as text conversion (24%) such as translation or error correction. More advanced users are turning to AI for data analysis (20%), decision making (14%), and coding (14%).
Neural networks for working with images are in second place among the respondents (48%). They are mostly used to create new images (43%), improve quality (22%) or recognize objects (15%). They are also used to remove backgrounds from images (11%) or transform styles (11%).
More than 1,500 respondents aged 18 to 55 across the country took part in the survey, which provides insight into the growing use and application of neural networks in Russia.
