The Dodo Brands holding company will change its registration from the British Virgin Islands to Kazakhstan. The company announced it.

In December, Dodo Brands’ board of directors approved the company’s re-domiciliation to the Astana International Financial Center in Kazakhstan.

“For the purposes of approving this resolution, an absentee shareholder vote will be held from January 10 to 26, 2024,” Dodo Brands said in a statement.

Each voting participant will be sent a form to collect votes, Dodo Brands clarified.

In July 2023, Dodo Brands founder Fedor Ovchinnikov announced his resignation as CEO of the company. He officially left this position on January 1, 2024.
