After examining cybersecurity budget needs, Kaspersky Lab found that half (52%) of companies have sufficient funds to counter new threats and 18% can stay ahead of them. However, 20 percent of participants stated that their companies did not allocate sufficient funds for proper protection, and 6 percent stated that they did not have a separate budget for cybersecurity.
Anna Kulashova, General Manager of Kaspersky Lab for Russia and the CIS, emphasized that cybersecurity requires an integrated approach.
