The Federal Antimonopoly Service approved the purchase of 100% of the voting shares of Hygienic and Oltex and 95.74468% of the shares of Mosmek Invest for Nevskaya Cosmetics. This is indicated in the FAS message.
Hygienic produces feminine hygiene products under the brands Silk, Ola!, TerezaMed, Versia, MillyTilly. Oltex supplies sanitary pads and diapers. Mosmek Invest specializes in the rental and management of non-residential properties.
“FAS approved the applications of Nevskaya Cosmetika JSC for the acquisition of:
- 100% of the voting shares of JSC Hygenik and JSC Oltex SA;
- 95.74468% of the authorized capital of Mosmek Invest LLC,” the service said in a statement.
It explains that the FAS found no indication that this transaction could lead to a restriction of competition in the market.
Nevskaya Cosmetics produces products under the brands New Pearl, Panthenol, Ushasty Nyan and others.
