The front camera has been upgraded to 8 MP and supports AI-powered smile detection. But the main feature is the main camera, which has been upgraded to 50 MP with HDR and autofocus. In terms of design, the Moto G Play (2024) retains the 6.5-inch 90Hz display. The device is offered in Sapphire Blue color. The device is also equipped with a waterproof coating.

Moto G Play (2024) is powered by Snapdragon 680 4G processor, 4GB RAM (expandable up to 6GB virtually) and internal storage increased from 32GB to 64GB. The device comes pre-installed with Android 13 operating system.

The device has a 5000 mAh battery that provides up to 46 hours of operation on a single charge. Unfortunately, there is no 5G support.

Moto G Play (2024) will be available in the US starting February 8 for $149.99.
