The Cofix network entered the Armenian market, the first point began to operate in the capital’s Yerevan Mall. This was reported by the press service. They also added that another cafe with its own kitchen will open in Yerevan in February.

The menu is adapted to the local market; Italian chef Luca Corleo participated in the development of the assortment. The cafe, which will open in February, will offer customers breakfast and lunch along with beverages and baked goods. Prices will be fixed.

Cofix operates in Armenia under a master franchise, which was acquired by the Galaxy Group holding company. In 2024, the company aims to increase the number of cafeterias in the country to 11.

Armenia has become the sixth country in which Cofix operates. In 2023 the chain entered the Spanish market. The investor to start a business in a new country was the former sales director of Nissan and Mercedes-Benz automobiles, Russian Ruslan Katarsky.
