Russian startup GTLogistics, which automates storage and transportation logistics, has attracted 10 million private investments with a pre-money valuation of 350 million rubles, the company told RB.RU.

As a result of the round, private investors entered the capital. According to the Kontur.Focus service, the shares are currently distributed as follows: Svetlana Samorodskaya owns 1.4%, Oleg Kushnirenko – 0.6%. The former president of the Zerich Federal Group, Vladimir Nefedov, increased his stake in the project to 15.4%. Another 0.4% belongs to SPIn LLC, a company affiliated with Nefedov.

The controlling stake remains in the hands of the project’s founder, Ivan Denisov, who currently owns 82.2%.

In the summer of 2022, GTLogistics raised 18 million rubles for the development of new solutions and expansion abroad. Then the investors were Vladimir Nefedov and SPIN.

GTLogistics was founded in 2017 and is based in Yekaterinburg. The company uses artificial intelligence algorithms to develop automation systems for storage and transportation logistics.

By the end of 2023, the company tripled its revenue to more than 50 million rubles, according to the company’s press release. According to the Kontur.Focus service, the company’s revenue in 2022 amounted to 23.5 million rubles.

This year GTLogistics plans to enter foreign markets. The investments attracted will be used to maintain growth rates.
