Alfa Bank became the best employer in 2023 according to Headhunter. The organization topped the ranking in the category of largest companies. At the end of 2022, Alfa Bank took third place in the ranking, behind Sberbank and Yandex.
The annual Headhunter rating is compiled based on several metrics, including development of the human resources function, external recognition and willingness to recommend employment with the company to others. In 2023, more than 1.5 thousand companies participated in the development of the rating.
