In addition to Ovchinnikov, six more participants entered the capital of Cook in Communications LLC. Most own 1% of the company.
A representative of “Cook in touch” said that among the founders were private investors, Fyodor Ovchinnikov participated in the round as a business angel. Investments were raised in a seed round, valuing the company at 150 million rubles.
Cook in Communications LLC was founded in Tyumen and has been operating since 2013. Its main founder, with an 82% stake, is Vladislav Djurovic.
According to information on the “Cook in touch” website, the company offers dishes according to original recipes from chefs tested by the company. The service operates for delivery and collection.
