The Find feature on the Vision Pro doesn’t offer the tracking features you’re used to on the iPhone or Apple Watch. If it falls into the wrong hands, you won’t be able to play audio, enable Lost mode, or remotely wipe the device.
The lack of location tracking is most likely due to the Vision Pro’s unique design. Unlike mobile devices with built-in batteries, the Vision Pro relies on an external power source, making location tracking unusable when turned off.
This limitation may cause users to consider the Vision Pro primarily for home use, where the risk of loss is lower. Additionally, its high price means it may not be an everyday tool for everyone.
Although this feature is not available in the current version of the device, future models may address this deficiency with new solutions such as built-in batteries or alternative tracking methods.
