This latest advancement in battery technology promises exceptional performance, as clearly demonstrated in a recent test at extreme altitudes in unimaginably cold conditions.

Honor has published a post showing how the Honor Magic 6 Pro went on a space journey to seriously test the capabilities of its second-generation Qinghai Lake battery.

The device started playing video at 100% charge before ascending into the stratosphere, where the ambient temperature dropped to -18.3°C.

After more than three hours of exposure to harsh altitude and extreme cold, the Magic 6 Pro showed an impressive 86% power remaining upon descent. This demonstrates the reliability and durability of the second generation Qinghai Lake battery.
