Copilot integration for Microsoft 365 is available on Windows Desktop. This feature can be used by users who have a license in the company’s package and whose artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot is enabled on their computers.
The news was announced by the company in a publication this Monday (5). Copilot for Microsoft 365 can now be accessed from the side column, which displays a “Work” and “Web” switch that allows you to switch between AI modes.

With Copilot for Microsoft 365, consumers can sign in using Graph as the chat provider. This provider is the core service that the AI in Windows uses to communicate with the user.
In this version of Copilot, users have access to the commercial data protection model at no additional cost. The alternative protects the company’s data, does not record conversations, and does not allow conversations to be used for model training.

Copilot for Windows 365 goes live this Monday (5) and is specific to corporate or education accounts.
The tool is only available to paying customers. The subscription fee costs US$30 (approximately R$145) per user.
