In a new study, experts analyzed data from more than 20,000 participants from 106 countries. This experiment lasted seven months and was launched in early 2020.

It was found that as the severity of depressive symptoms increased, the participants’ body temperature also increased. There is a possibility that hot tubs or saunas may help reduce symptoms of depression by cooling the body. Many other scientific studies also show this.
