In the Russian Federation, Anisimov was the owner of the Coalco company and a co-owner of Gazmetal. He no longer has assets left in the Russian Federation.
In 2022, Anisimov became a citizen of Croatia, invested 11 million dollars in the economy of this country. As follows from the materials provided to the publication, after giving up his Russian passport, Anisimov entered the Russian Federation on a business visa.
Anisimov renounced his Russian citizenship in September 2022. In addition to the Croatian one, the businessman also has a Dominican passport, which he received in the 90s for $60,000.
Anisimov has invested $11 million in real estate in Croatia since 2003. These funds were used to build a sports base on the island of Korcula, where Russian rhythmic gymnasts trained until 2022.
