Digital business platform MTS Exolve has launched a service for automatically transcribing the text of phone calls from audio recordings of conversations. Previously, MTS Exolve provided the ability to record a conversation and save it as an audio file.
With the new version of MTS Exolve, you can not only save a voice recording, but also convert it to text to quickly get a transcript of any call. This helps to significantly simplify the work of corporate clients, in particular quality departments: there is no longer a need to listen to every conversation between support staff and clients; simply read the text and adjust the service script in the following dialogues.
Users can connect to the new service for free without additional integration into their personal account on exolve.ru. Billing is based on the pay-per-use principle, that is, the user pays for each minute transcribed at the end of the call.
Currently, all text recordings and transcriptions are stored for one month; In the near future, users will be able to choose longer retention periods.
“The call transcription service opens up new opportunities for MTS Exolve users to analyze and optimize the work of their employees, which in turn helps improve customer service and increase business efficiency.” — commented MTT Product Director Vasily Sazhko. “The service will be in demand in customer service, as well as in education, marketing, medicine and many other areas where the volume of content that needs to be analyzed is large.”.
MTS Exolve is a cloud platform that was launched in 2023 and is designed for fast and flexible creation of communication services by businesses and developers.
