According to our data, the service was not available in many regions of Russia, from the south and center, where at that time there was a peak in communication activity of users residing in Siberia (Altai Territory, Novosibirsk Region), as well as in Russia; The Far East also had problems.

Access problems were also noted outside the Russian Federation. Interlocutors of our publication from Serbia, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Turkey also confirmed the information that the courier was unavailable for about an hour and a half.

According to representatives of the four large mobile operators, their networks functioned normally, although many users initially suffered communication failures. Telegram has not yet commented on what happened, and Roskomnadzor has not received information about the causes of the failure either.

We previously wrote that in March alone, failures occurred on Telegram at least three times, the last case was recorded on the 22nd, then residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar complained en masse about problems with connecting and downloading media. files.
