One of the leaders of the domestic IT market, PJSC Softline, announced changes in the structure of share capital: 3.6% of the shares of the authorized capital of the company’s main shareholder, Atalaya LLC, will be transferred to the capital division private Sinara Bank and another 6% – “large institutional investor.”

The company’s press service clarifies that the independent investment company focused on “growth capital” is already a shareholder of Softline PJSC and as a result of the new transaction will increase its share in the capital to 9.4%.

“Successfully completed transactions confirm our expectations about the company’s fundamental investment attractiveness for the market,” Vladimir Lavrov, CEO of Softline PJSC, comments on the news. — We share our investors’ confidence in further growth of the business value of Softline PJSC and will continue to provide the necessary conditions to achieve high financial performance.

As a result of the transaction, investors who purchased shares at the market price at the time of signing the agreements assumed standard obligations associated with restrictions on the disposal of the company’s securities for the period established in the SPO.

Softline PJSC, with a turnover of more than 70 billion rubles, currently has 25 regional representative offices throughout Russia; The company develops and implements solutions for the digital transformation of businesses for around 100 thousand end clients.

The Sinara banking group, which became the owner of 3.6% of the shares of the authorized capital of Softline, in addition to PJSC Bank Sinara, also includes several regional banks. The company has been operating in the Russian market for more than 30 years.
