According to Postilla co-founder and serial entrepreneur Alexander Dolgov, speaking to Forbes, the value of his IT startup for public catering today is 200 million rubles, double what it was last summer, when K-Holding invested in the company. company.
The Postilla ecosystem, created to optimize business management in the restaurant sector in 2022 (following the departure of several similar service providers from the Russian Federation), will allow restaurateurs to automate accounting, logistics and marketing.
The founder of the startup, Alexander Dolgov, owns 45% of Postilla LLC, the same share belongs to the co-owner of the IT company Hook Oleg Lupikov. In addition to the Postilla service, Dolgov owns the projects “CheburekMi”, “Senior Dener”, Laser Love, Yellow Door and uses the ecosystem in his own businesses.
