For 71% of Russians, salary is the main motivation for working. Another almost 30% go to work to communicate with their colleagues and for 26% work is an opportunity to broaden their horizons. This follows from a study by Raboty.ru and SberPodbor, of which RB.RU has read the results.
About a quarter of the respondents come to work for their self-development. And 22% indicated that they are inspired by the desire to prove their worth. Professional development motivates 13% of study participants to come to work.
5% of Russians noted compensation for meals, and 2% highlighted urgent deadlines. And 14% of employees find motivation in training young employees and making new friends.
More than 80% of respondents say that bonuses and salaries will increase their motivation at work. For 39% of Russians, opportunities for professional and professional growth are important, and for 31%, a flexible work schedule is important. Payment for training by an employer is a strong motivation for 25% of Russians.
More than 3.6 thousand service users from all regions of Russia took part in the study.
