Scientists used predetermined differentiated stem cells for the formation of cartilage tissue. The new method makes it possible to create tissue elements with high cell density and uniform distribution. Unlike previous methods, cells in different spheres are connected to each other to form a closed structure with no gaps.

This method can be used not only to create cartilage tissue but also to create other types of tissue, such as bone tissue.
