Diasoft, a software developer for the Russian financial sector, held an initial public offering at the upper limit of the price range: the cost of one share was 4.5 thousand rubles, the company said in a statement.

As a result of the IPO, the company’s market capitalization reached 47.25 billion rubles. The company attracted more than 100,000 retail investors through its initial public offering.

The total amount of the IPO was 4.14 billion rubles, taking into account the stabilization package.

In total, 800 thousand shares were included in the placement, which is equivalent to 8% of the share capital. Of them, 500 thousand were titles from the additional issue, another 300 thousand were contributed by the current shareholders of Diasoft.

The company will use the funds raised during the IPO to implement its growth strategy, with plans to ensure “increased dividend payout volumes in the coming years.”

Thanks to the transaction, Diasoft also hopes to increase brand awareness among potential customers and partners, create share liquidity on the Moscow Stock Exchange and implement a motivation program for the company’s employees.

Trading in the company’s shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange will begin on February 13, 2024 at approximately 16:00 Moscow time under the symbol DIAS.
