The online platform for business automation in the service sector Yclients has replaced its general director for the first time since its founding. The position was taken over by the service’s financial director, Stanislav Petrik. Previously, the company was bought by VK.
Since January 23, 2024, Stanislav Petrik has been the CEO of Uyklaents LLC, as follows from the Kontur.Focus system data. Previously, the general director of the project since its founding in 2015 was co-founder Yuri Petrov.
The Yclients press service told RB.RU that “the change of general director is associated with the acceleration of the transfer of the legal and accounting framework and the introduction of new reporting standards.”
They further added that “nothing changes” in the management of Yclients: “Since mid-2022, the company has been successfully managed by Igor Bronin. “Igor arrived at Yclients in 2020 and since then rose from product manager to CEO, and has proven to be an excellent manager.”
According to a company representative, Bronin’s key goal this year is the development of financial solutions within the service and seamless integration into VK products.
- At the end of December, VK announced the purchase of Yclients. The corporation will provide its users the opportunity to contract services with various specialists within the platforms.
- Yclients is a developer of products for business automation in the service sector, such as Arnica, SQNS. The company also launched its own application for online recording. More than 45 thousand small and medium-sized companies operate using Yclients solutions.
- According to its own data, the Yclients platform processes more than 18 million appointments with various specialists every month. At the end of 2022, the company’s revenue amounted to 822.7 million rubles (up from 614.3 in 2021), the net loss decreased to 51 million rubles from 191.6 million rubles in 2021.
