Bitcoin’s market capitalization has reached $1 trillion for the first time since 2021. This was reported by CNBC with reference to data from CoinMarketCap.

During the last trading session, the price of Bitcoin surpassed $51,000 for the first time since December 2021. Since the beginning of 2024, the first cryptocurrency has risen in price by 21%.

The rapid growth of the exchange rate of the first cryptocurrency is mainly due to the launch of the world’s first exchange-traded fund for Bitcoin. These funds raised a combined total of $1.1 billion over the past week.

According to analysts, by the end of 2024 the price of Bitcoin could reach $112,000.
