Manufacturers of electronic products are discussing with the Ministry of Industry and Trade the idea of awarding points to recognize smartphones and tablets as domestic for their compatibility with the Russian mobile operating system. The initiative belongs to the Association “Information Technology” (ANO VT, includes “Kernel”, “Aquarius”, “Bayterg”, etc.), writes Kommersant.
