OpenAI introduced a neural network to convert text to video

The neural network is capable of generating complex scenes with multiple characters, precise details of objects and background. The model can also reproduce accessories and emotions of the characters.

The model can also create videos based on a static image, add missing frames from an existing video, or continue it.

Sora is in testing phase. Access to it is limited to a limited number of artists, designers and directors. It is not known when OpenAI plans to release the public version.
