Yandex Market updated the Sales Factors tool in the seller’s personal account and added the ability to perform a detailed analysis of sales for any time period, the company said in a statement.
The new tool will be called “Sales Diagnostics” and the company introduced it in response to salespeople’s requests for comprehensive and in-depth analysis.
In the Yandex Market itself, the new opportunity was compared to a “full trading check”: sellers had access to five additional charts: “Orders and amounts”, “Sales momentum”, “Products with promotions”, “Product prices ” and “Category”. “.
El Mercado spoke in more detail about four of them:
- In the “Product prices” section you can see how many products were sold at attractive, moderate and unattractive prices.
- The “Products with promotions” section allows you to see how the number of products that were shown to customers and participated in promotions changed.
- The “Orders and Quantities” graph shows how the number of products ordered and their turnover have changed.
- In the “Category” section, sellers have access to data on how the total turnover in the category has changed, as well as the share of their own sales.
Access to the tool is free and unlimited for all sellers of the service.
