But in addition to “data heterogeneity” in information systems, there are other reasons for slow implementation: lack of need (29%), lack of knowledge about their capabilities (27%), lack of infrastructure (22%).
What do companies need to improve the situation? Data standardization: development of unified formats, creation of central repositories. Improving personnel qualifications: training of specialists, attraction of specialists. Government support: Subsidies, tax breaks for the implementation of artificial intelligence.
