The Internet Initiative Development Fund (IDIF) has opened a new investment season: the company is recruiting startups for the 2024 accelerator. Initial projects will be able to count on pre-seed and mini-seed financing of up to 35 million rubles with the possibility of entering the following rounds, the fund states.

IIDF will invest from 5 to 200 million rubles in various start-up IT projects in 2024

Startups entering the new accelerator will receive investments in the amount of 5 million rubles and, after reaching acceleration goals and achieving a repeatable business model, they will be able to apply for a second tranche of up to 30 million rubles. The IIDF will invest up to 35 million rubles in exchange for a stake of up to 25%.

In total, until the end of 2024, the IIDF plans to become an investor in 15 IT projects, while the final volume of initial investments that the fund is ready to direct to each successful company can amount to up to 200 million rubles (in exchange for a participation of up to 49%).

Who can request investment:

  • teams with a finished IT product;
  • monthly sales income is at least 500 thousand rubles;
  • the company is registered in the Russian Federation;
  • At least 25% of the company belongs to Russian citizens.

Applications to participate in the accelerator can be submitted until April 21.
