27% of Russian companies have reduced working hours on Fridays. Basically, the hours have been reduced by an hour or an hour and a half. This is stated by a study by the Rabota.ru service, the results of which were reviewed by RB.RU.
A third of managers believe that a short day helps increase the loyalty of the company’s employees, another 25% believe that this way employees have strength for the next week.
Almost 20% of respondents are convinced that with the help of a shorter working day, employees show greater efficiency, since they are motivated to cope with a large volume of tasks in a short time. 16% think about maintaining a balance between personal and work life.
25% of managers do not see the impact of a shorter work day on employee performance.
90% of companies that do not yet have a reduced working day on Friday are not prepared to introduce it. 9% plan to make schedule changes in the near future and only 1% plan to do so in 2024.
More than 400 businessmen from all over Russia participated in the study.
