French retailer Avenir Telecom presented the Energizer Hard Case P28K smartphone, which has a built-in 28 thousand mAh battery.
According to the company, a full battery charge will last for a week of constant use. Talk time is 122 hours (just over five days), standby time is 2252 hours (almost 94 days).
The device supports charging up to 33 W. Fully charging the battery takes less than 1.5 hours.
The smartphone has a thickness of 27.8 mm and a weight of 570 grams. The P28K is almost three times thicker than the iPhone 15.
Other characteristics are not so impressive. Battery aside, the P28K is your average 2024 budget smartphone. It has a MediaTek MT6789 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, three cameras, Android 14 and a 6.78-inch Full HD screen.
The device will be sold under the Energizer brand. The company itself has nothing to do with the smartphone; Avenir Telecom simply bought the rights to the Energizer brand.
Sales of the P28K began in October of this year. In Europe it will cost 249.99 dollars or 23 thousand rubles. [The Verge]
