HMD, which has been producing Nokia smartphones in recent years, announced that it will partner with Mattel at MWC 2024 to release an official Barbie flip phone this summer.

It will be pink. Aesthetically it looks very similar to the original hot pink Motorola Razr from the early 2000s, with a slight shimmer of course.

This will be a feature phone rather than a smartphone, and HMD is promoting it as an accessory focused on “style, nostalgia and an essential digital detox.”

Nokia hasn’t revealed any more information so far, such as price or actual photos, but the company has revealed that it plans to unveil its Barbie flip phone at MWC, so we’ll likely see more information as the week progresses. .
