Developer Samolet has closed an agreement to buy the KB Sistema bank. One of the first banking products will be a deposit with the option to reserve an apartment.
The Samolet group of companies closed an agreement to acquire the KB Sistema bank, the company’s press service reported.
The developer plans to launch a deposit system, secure payment service and credit products. One of the first products will be a deposit with the option to reserve an apartment.
The bank also intends to service the accounts of the Samolet group management company and accept utility payments from customers. Additionally, transactions made with the Samolet Plus agency will be processed through the bank.
The bank’s own capital at the time of the purchase exceeds one billion rubles, Samolet said.
Samolet’s plans to buy the bank became known in December 2023.
