The Level Group company reached an agreement to acquire a 50 thousand square meter plot of land in New Moscow. M. A logistics park is planned to be built there, according to Kommersant.
Founded by former senator Vadim Moshkovich, the company became the owner of 20 hectares between the Kaluga and kyiv highways. According to Kirill Ignakhin, CEO of Level Group, the design of the facility will be completed in the next six months and its construction will take up to two and a half years.
As a source of the publication familiar with the terms of the agreement notes, the site cost the company between 250 and 300 million rubles. According to CMWP partner Egor Dorofeev, total investments in the project could amount to about 3 billion rubles.
Another newspaper source claims that the site was purchased from the Absolut group of companies by Alexander Svetakov. From the extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, to which the publication refers, it follows that until June 2022, the owner of this plot was the Podolsky closed mutual fund of Everest Asset Management Management Company.

The last owners of land plots in the Unified State Register are Softline LLC and Holding Management JSC.
Vadim Moshkovich and Kirill Ignakhin created Level Group in 2016. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 39.09% of Level Group LLC is owned by Kirill Ignakhin, 3.03% by Alexander Merkulov and 57.88% by Financial Resources LLC. This structure was also previously owned by Moshkovich.
Level Group does not specialize in warehouse real estate. However, according to Ignakhin, against the background of shortages in this market and high rental prices, this direction looks promising.
