American fast food chain Wendy’s will test a new menu format with moving prices in 2025.

Prices for all food and beverages will vary throughout the day depending on the weather. If there are few people in the establishment, prices will be lower than usual.

At the same time, if popularity grows, the company promises not to raise prices above standard ones.

We are not motivated to do this and will not increase prices when our customers visit us as usual.

Dynamic price tags will only be displayed in self-order terminals and in the application. Wendy’s will also offer great deals, especially when demand is weak.

Wendy’s spent $20 million on new terminals and another $15 million on app updates. The company expects sales through self-service terminals to reach $2 billion. [CNN]
