The largest car manufacturer, Toyota, has resumed operations in Japan after a data falsification scandal. All 14 assembly plants have been operating at full capacity since March 4, TASS writes.

Inspections began in January at the Toyota Industries Corporation (Toyota Motor contractor) plant in connection with falsification of diesel engine power data.
At the same time, Toyota Motor decided to suspend deliveries of the Land Cruiser 300 SUV, the Hilux pickup truck and eight other models with engines whose certification revealed violations.
