Bailiffs have transferred the shares of Lipetsk Confectionery Factory Roshen to Russia. Roshen is owned by former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, RIA Novosti reports.

The corporation decided to stop factory operations in this city in April 2017 for political and economic reasons. Production was suspended.
The court decided to transfer the company to the income of the Russian Federation in February 2024. The assets of Poroshenko’s company that remain in Lipetsk are estimated at $200 million.
The bailiffs also transferred to the state the shares of PJSC Ural Auto-Textile Plant and JSC Factory of Friction and Heat-Resistant Materials.
