Roskomnadzor announced an inspection in connection with a massive failure in the operation of Telegram, the department reported.
“Specialists of the Central Medical Inspectorate of the SSOP are conducting an inspection together with telecom operators,” Roskomnadzor said in a statement.
The last failure in Telegram occurred on February 18. The problems with the courier were resolved within an hour.
