Four former X executives (former Twitter) filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk.

We are talking about CEO Parag Agrawala, CFO Ned Segala, General Counsel Vijaya Gadde and General Counsel Sean Edgetta. Musk fired them immediately after the Twitter purchase “for gross negligence and willful misconduct.”

The fired employees do not agree with Musk’s decision and are demanding $128 million in severance pay from him. They believe that Head X fired them so as not to pay this money.

A hearing on this case has not yet been held. [The Verge]
