This opportunity is primarily appreciated by companies and entrepreneurs, because now they can create an account for their brand on Telegram to communicate with customers.
What does a business account on Telegram give?

▪️ Quick answers: pre-prepared messages to quickly answer popular customer questions
▪️ The clock works: your profile description will show your company’s operating hours
▪️ Address: The profile description will also indicate the company’s address and a mark on the map.
Pavel Durov said that in the future it will be possible to attach a chatbot to a business profile, which, using artificial intelligence, will always answer customer questions. Developer tools will be available this month.
How to connect a business profile
For now Only Telegram Premium subscribers can create a business account. This is temporary, but it is not specified when the restriction will be lifted.
A business profile is created based on a basic account. Therefore, for work tasks, it is better to create a separate account if you do not have one.
You can switch to a business profile in the messenger settings by clicking on the button Telegram for business.
