Avito will launch its own delivery network. Partners represented by multi-brand and single-brand order collection points will be able to connect directly without intermediaries, as was the case until now. The platform will run on software developed by Avito.

Avito will launch its own delivery network under the Avito Branded Delivery brand. A representative of Avito told RB.RU about this.

The logistics service will work with software developed by Avito. Its launch is planned for April along with the opening of a personal account for owners and employees of order collection points.

With the arrival of the delivery service, Avito partners, represented by multi-brand order collection points, will be able to connect directly without intermediaries and use the software developed by Avito.

“In 2024, we plan to increase the number of delivery points directly connected to Avito Delivery to 1.5 thousand and process almost 2.5 million orders through them,” said Avito Logistics Director Sergei Pustylnik.

Appropriate logistics providers will be involved for delivery between the collection points: the first of them will be Logsis. Quality control of delivery will be carried out by Avito.

“Cross deliveries between points of issue of different services (for example, delivery at an Avito point and receipt at a Russian post office) are not planned in the early stages of project development,” Avito said.

The first collection points are planned to open in the second quarter of 2024.
